Professional Career 

Ivan Dunjic joined the firm in 2023. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen. Before being admitted to the bar in 2016, he completed internships at a renowned law firm and at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of St. Gallen. Ivan Dunjic subsequently worked for other reputable firms. In addition, Ivan Dunjic holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Sports Law from the University of Zurich and successfully completed a Sports Business MBA programme in 2022. 

Areas of Expertise 

Ivan Dunjic's practice focuses in particular on (commercial) criminal law and sports-related issues. Among other things, he provides legal advice and representation for clients involved in criminal proceedings (fraud, mismanagement, money laundering, etc.) as well as in international mutual legal assistance cases and export control- and sanctions-related problems. Furthermore, Ivan Dunjic advises in national and international sports law and assists clients, inter alia, with contract law matters or in disciplinary proceedings, such as doping and ethics cases. In addition, he represents clients before relevant instances, such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Ivan Dunjic practices in German, English, Croatian, Serbian and Spanish. He also has intermediate knowledge of French and a basic understanding of Russian.
