Junior Associate in Zurich and St. Gallen
We are looking for Junior Associates in Zurich and St. Gallen to join our team immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks
You will assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate law documents, M&A and venture capital projects, drafting legal documents and supporting clients in administrative/court proceedings. This will give you practical insights into various areas of law.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university
- Analytical thinking and precise writing
- Very good German and English skills
- Committed, reliable, and team-oriented personality
