We advise companies, public authorities, and mobile network operators in Switzerland on all legal and regulatory matters related to telecommunications and mobile communications law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our focus lies in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in the planning, development, and operation of network infrastructure, with particular expertise in projects involving antenna installations, mobile network sites, and wireless communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide legal support especially in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>legal assessment and guidance in connection with building permit applications for mobile antenna systems and network site planning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>evaluation of public law and zoning restrictions related to the construction and operation of mobile communication facilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>classification and implementation of national and cantonal regulatory frameworks \u2013 in a practical, efficient, and risk-oriented manner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drafting and review of contracts and regulatory structures involving mobile network operators (MNOs, with their own infrastructure and frequency licences) and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs, which use existing networks while offering their own customer-facing services);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal matters relating to interconnection, network access, frequency allocation, data processing, and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our approach combines technical understanding with legal precision.
