He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2016, following the successful completion of his legal studies at the University of Zurich and internships at the Swiss Competition Commission, a district court and a leading commercial law firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he practised at one of Switzerland\u2019s top-tier commercial law firms, where he gained broad experience in complex commercial matters and developed a particular focus in antitrust law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Areas of Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marius Vischer\u2019s practice spans both transactional and contentious work \u2014 he advises on complex matters and, where needed, litigates them, appearing before civil courts, arbitral tribunals and regulatory authorities.
