He was admitted to the Bar in 2003 and practiced in several renowned commercial law firms, the last 12 years as a partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Areas of Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Roland K\u00f6chli\u2019s practice is focused on real estate law and M&amp;A transactions as well as IT and digitalization issues including data protection. He advises both Swiss and international private and corporate clients and represents them before Swiss courts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roland K\u00f6chli has a long track record of advising on complex real estate transactions (asset and share deals), which he covers from start to finish including due diligence, corporate structuring, contract drafting and review, negotiations as well as signing and closing of the transactions.
