Professional Career
Oliver Rüdlinger joined our firm in 2024. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St.Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law and Economics, 2013) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich (MAS UZH in Real Estate, CUREM, 2018). Since 2014 he is admitted to the bar. Before joining our firm, Oliver Rüdlinger worked as Head of Legal & Real Estate Transaction of a real estate company in Zurich. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate transactions team of a leading law firm in Zurich for five years.

Setting up club deal structures for real estate investments (structuring and incorporation of SPVs, shareholder agreements, articles of association).
Obtaining Lex Koller (BewG) permits and declaratory rulings.
