Professional Career

Stefan Eichenberger holds a law degree from the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2008) from which he also obtained a doctorate in business law (Dr. iur. 2011). He was admitted to the bar in Zurich in 2015.

From 2009 to 2010, he was a research assistant at the chair for business law and intellectual property law at the University of Zurich. Later on, he held the position of a clerk at the District Court of Zurich (2011-2012). From 2012-2015, he served as a clerk at the Tax Appeals Court of the canton of Zurich. After that, he worked as an attorney at a law office focussing on business and tax law for two years before he joined our firm in 2017.

Areas of Expertise

Stefan Eichenberger regularly advises clients in connection in contractual and corporate law-related matters and supports them in protecting their interests in court proceedings. His preferred areas of practice are contract law (including labour law and tenancy law), corporate law, inheritance law (including being executor of a will), data protection law, tax law as well as litigation.
